Just thought I would post my demonstration video.
It is just a compilation of things I have been working on for the past couple of years. I have been training lots of other styles of martial arts which has been hugely beneficial for my movement capabilities and ideology.
However, Capoeira has and always will be my base.

Sifu Francis Fong, Guro Dan Inosanto, Ajarn Surachai “Chai” Sirisute.

These are some beautiful writings inscripted on the walls of Guro Dan Inosanto’s Academy in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles.
Guro Dan Inosanto is one of the most amazing, inspiring Martial Artists I have ever known. If you ever get the chance I would highly recommend anyone from any background to meet him if you have the chance.
Guro Dan Inosanto has trained a couple of classes of Capoeira before, he loves the footwork in Capoeira, but particularly loves the music. He even has a berimbau!

This martial arts creed I believe to be a great base for any Martial Arts academy.

MARTIAL ARTS CREED


I will keep in mind, that skill in the martial arts requires constant training, maintenance and mental discipline.

I will be mindful that the goals of this academy are to develop myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, using the fighting arts as a vehicle toward these goals.

I will respect my instructors, seniors and juniors in this academy.

I will remember to refrain from criticizing others, martial arts schools and systems.

I will bear in mind that martial art skill should be used with proper morality and discrimination.
