This is an amazing read for someone who has never been to Brazil but definitely wants to (i.e. me), and I love the metaphor for capoeira of finding your way through the forest.  This actually reminded me of some of the stories mestres write about in capoeira books, of things like the &quot;spiritual journey&quot; through capoeira.
