This question has many layers. But to answer it simply, there is usually one focus.  But to get to where you want you must be flexible with how you get there.  You mustn&#039;t get to the point in where you lose all structure, or sacrifice all morale, but you must be able to accept and open your heart to be able to get to where you want to be.
